1. Service Agreement

By booking a detailing service with New Style Detailing, you agree to these terms. All services are performed at our discretion and with professional care. We reserve the right to decline service for vehicles or conditions that may damage our equipment or pose safety risks.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided via our website, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle's condition differs from what was described. We will always communicate any price changes before beginning work.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen — just communicate with us.

4. Vehicle Condition

We inspect every vehicle before beginning service. Pre-existing damage will be documented. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions that become apparent during the detailing process (e.g., paint defects hidden under dirt).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your detail, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. This guarantee covers workmanship issues, not normal wear or new damage occurring after service.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

New Style Detailing's liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
